Permanent Outdoor Lighting - Lead Installer
Compensation: $27/hour

Position Summary:
Ultra LIT is looking to hire a full time Lead Installer to lead the installation crew. We run crews of 2. Lead Installer would be responsible for another Installer, ensuring each job is completed properly, efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of permanent outdoor LED smart lighting on residential and commercial buildings
- Troubleshooting technical issues on installs.
- Give clients a quick tutorial of their lighting system once each install is complete, and answer any questions they may have.
- Driving the work vehicle from the shop to installs and back.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable on and handling ladders
- Must be willing to work in the cold
- Must be physically fit
- Must have valid driver's license
Strong assets we will look for first:
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience using ladders
- Electrical experience
- Experience in other exterior work
